Gut Instincts
Never discredit your gut instinct. You’re not being paranoid. Your body can pick up vibrations, some better than others, and if something deep inside you says something’s not right about a person or situation, trust it and listen to it.
Save The Bugs
Keep worms damp beneath the soil. Let the caterpillars nibble and grow. Leave some dandelions for the bees. Let ladybirds fly away home. Don’t squish the ants or beetles. Give creepy crawlies a helping hand. They may be little and some are icky, But they’re still a vital part of the land.
